Description

This apple salad is a fresh, crunchy, and creamy mix of Honeycrisp apples, grapes, celery, cranberries, and pecans. The brown sugar-mayo dressing brings everything together beautifully for a dish that’s perfect for holidays or everyday meals.


Ingredients

4 large Honeycrisp Apples, cubed (see notes)

1 lemon, juiced

⅓ cup mayonnaise

1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar

2 ribs celery, thinly sliced

1 cup seedless red grapes, halved

½ cup chopped pecans

½ cup dried cranberries


Instructions

1. Toss the cubed apples with the lemon juice.

2. In a large bowl whisk together the mayonnaise and brown sugar.

3. Add the apples, celery, grapes, pecans, and cranberries. Stir to coat.

4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
