This Olive Garden salad dressing recipe is creamy, tangy, and packed with bold Italian flavors. It comes together in minutes and makes any salad taste just like your favorite restaurant at home.
Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Add olive oil, white vinegar, mayonnaise, and sugar to a bowl or jar
2. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan cheese
3. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning
4. Whisk or shake well until smooth and fully combined
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
6. Serve immediately over salad or refrigerate until ready to use
7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 to 5 days and shake before using
